Bays Mountain Park and Planetarium offers a wealth of educational information and exhibits on both natural and astronomical subjects to whet the appetite of the amateur Botonist, or Astronomer in you. Bays Mountain Park and Planetarium is available as a daytime excursion on your haunted vacation in combination with the haunted Rogersville Ghost Tour. While touring the park, you can see a Planetarium Show, take a Barge Ride or hike around the trails surrounding the 44 acre crystal clear mountain lake, visit the old Farmstead, talk to a real life Park Ranger, tour the Nature Center filled with both natural and space exploration exhibits, or go and visit all the animals at the park's zoo. Animals you find there include: Deer, Bobcats, Otters, Raccoons, Wolves, Turtles, Hawks, Owls, Falcons, and other native critters to these Blueridge Mountains await you with "Spook and Stars"...
