The Franklin House Bed and Breakfast is an 1840 house restored into a comfortable, friendly home which welcomes visitors to Jonesborough - Tennessee's oldest town. The Franklin House kitchen is often the "gathering place" for guests and friends. Fireplaces in the living room, dining room and kitchen create a cozy and informal atmosphere. Wireless internet is available throughout the home for all guests.
About Your Franklin House Innkeepers
Born and raised in New Jersey, the innkeepers of the Franklin House Bed and Breakfast are Chuck and Dona Lewis. Chuck and Dona began to visit Jonesborough in 1982 for the Storytelling Festival and became enamoured with the Town and its residents. After their children were raised, they decided to relocate to Jonesborough and bought and restored our house and opened our bed and breakfast in 1997. They look forward to having you stay with them and enjoy their home as well as Historic Jonesborough.
