The staff of the Alternate Realities Center can provide you with a professional investigation utilizing the skills of the area's only Certified Ghost Hunters to determine the level of spirit activity at your home, or place of business. During the course of a four hour study of your building or property, we will perform five different scientific sweeps of the structure, or location taking 500 to 1000 photographs, one to two hours of infrared video recording (if deemed necessary), up to four hours of audio recording for electronic voice phenomena, or "EVPs", and a thorough search for cold and warm spots, as well as unexplained electromagnetic fields, or "EMFs" using sensitive electronic devices |
which record even the most subtle changes in the nearby vacinity. Also, your ghost hunter, who is very professional, private, and discreet, is highly trained and skilled in the art of dowsing with proven performance in their historical acturacy. They will perform dowsing on location to obtain detailed information on who it is that is haunting your residence, or business and perhaps reveal some idea as to why. Background, qualifications, and references provided upon request.
Follow-Up Analysis: Upon completion of our analysis of the findings at your location we will provide the property, or business owner with 1) a written summary of the investigation (mailed), 2) a compact disk (CD) with all photographic and video findings, and 3) a frameable "Certification of Authenticity" provided our study should prove positive that your building, or property is indeed "spirit-filled", better known as haunted.
Discretion and privacy assured. We do not share information from our private in-home, or business property investigations saving in special cases and only with written consent from the property owner. Finally, The ARC does not condone visits to a property to perform any type of investigation without the permission of the property owner.
