The "Hale Springs Inn" (pictured left) is one of the oldest, continually operating inns in the State. Rogersville is also host to the oldest Courthouse in the State and the site of Tennessee's first Post Office. Use the following map and directions to Appalachian GhostWalks' "Haunted Historic Rogersville GhostWalk" if driving from Pigeon Forge and Sevierville, Tennessee just a short distance away and well worth the drive by way of Interstate 40 East and Interstate 81 North.

From Highway US-441 take Highway 66 North for 8.47 miles; Merge onto Interstate I-40 East for 13.77 miles; Merge onto Interstate I-81 North toward the left toward Bristol, TN; Take Exit 8 Highway US-25E toward Morristown and White Pine keeping right at the fork 0.17 miles; Now you will be on US-25E North also called Highway TN-32 North for 15.35 miles; then merge onto Highway US-11W North also called the "Lee Highway", or Highway TN-1 East toward Rogersville for approximately 18 to 19 miles until you see a Burger King on your left; Turn right at the next intersection onto Park Blvd and go approximately 0.5 miles to E Main Street; Turn right onto E Main Street and go for approximately 1.2 miles to the Sweet Tooth Cafe at 114 East Main Street, the point of this tour's departure.
