Come and Learn 500 Years of Cherokee History!!!
 | Take a walk through the Cherokee National Forest and learn about ten years of Bigfoot Research conducted by the researchers of the Alternate Realities Center with regard to the Southern Appalachian and Cherokee Forest Bigfoot. A Sasquatch like creature, many sightings and experiences will thrill and amaze you as you discover that there are more than Ghosts here in these mountains. Trails of the same mountain range where it has once again found, what we hope to be, a permanent home. Tour participants will learn more about Cherokee Folklore, History, Legend dating back over 500 years. This tour route will be a bit more agressive than other tours offered so guests are encouraged to be in good physical shape to endure uphill walking at a 6 percent physical grade at a leisurely pace. The tour is set to the beat of an indian drum as well as natural flute music which really helps to put you in a perfect state of mind for the information your guide will be presenting. This tour is sechedule to begin again in the Spring, or perhaps Summer of 2009. This tour will depart at the new Pinnacle Firetower Trailhead once opened in 2010, or 2011. Each GhostWalk, or Ghost Tour Package, can be arranged to fit your busy schedule whether you are native to the area, or just traveling through, but advance reservations are required. If you live locally, you can do just one tour on any night of our convenience, or if you, your family, or your tour group are looking for a fantastic weekend getaway, or a full haunted vacation you can do a multiple day itinerary combined with discounts on other area attractions and accommodations, some of which are haunted.
