Home to the Annual October "Apple Festival" Erwin in Unicoi County, Tennessee is full of spellbinding stories, folklore, and legend! Use the following map and directions to Appalachian GhostWalks' "Haunted Historic Erwin GhostWalk" if driving from Pigeon Forge and Sevierville, Tennessee just a short distance by way of Interstate 40 East and Interstate 81 North.
Directions to the "Haunted Historic Erwin GhostWalk"
From Highway US-441 take Highway 66 North for 8.47 miles; Merge onto Interstate I-40 East for 13.77 miles; Merge onto Interstate I-81 North toward the left toward Bristol, TN; Take Exit 57A onto Interstate I-26 East toward Johnson City for 28.69 miles; Take old Exit 37 for Highway TN-81, also called Highway TN-107 Erwin and Jonesborough and turn left at the bottom of the off ramp; Go 0.42 miles and turn right onto N Main Avenue continuing on Main for 0.27 miles; at the next stop light you will see a Sonic Drive-In; Turn right at this intersection onto Union Street and go for 0.07 miles bearing left onto Nolichucky Avenue going less than 0.2 miles ending at the J.F. Toney Memorial Library on your right at 201 Nolichucky Ave, Erwin, TN 37650; Total Estimated Time: 1 hour, 54 minutes; Total Distance: 113.58 miles...
