Our lantern-lit tour of the Dandridge Historic District will thrill and amaze you as your guide recounts the details of our research findings with real history dating back to the orginal frontiersmen who founded the town. From highway US-441 take highway 66 North for 8.47 miles and merge onto Interstate I-40 East for approximately 10 miles to Exit 417, turn right onto highway 92 toward Dandridge for 2.4 miles, then turn right onto Gay Street for 0.1 miles and turn left onto Main Street ending at 149 East Main Street in Dandridge, Tennessee - Zip Code 37725.

From Exit 74 of I-81 head South toward Knoxville for 74.4 miles and merge onto I-40 West, continue toward Knoxville to Exit 417 and turn left onto highway 92 toward Dandridge for 2.4 miles, then turn right onto Gay Street for 0.1 miles and turn left onto Main Street ending at 149 East Main Street in Dandridge, Tennessee 37725.

During our production investigations for our Dandridge GhostWalk, many unusual experiences were documented in several buildings throughout the historic district of the town. During this walking tour, our guests will hear the details of many of these experiences, several of which were firsts in our indepth research and studies of the afterlife. Dandridge was a headwaters port along a river that was turned into a lake by the Tennessee Valley Authority, or TVA. A dike was built to keep the town of Dandridge from flooding and the lake provides a wonderful source of recreation for visitors and local residents alike.
