The United States UFO Information and Research Center is an initiative designed to provide support, structure, and an information base to unify local grassroots efforts in UFO research. It is a privately funded and member supported foundation geared toward the research and investigation into both the fields of Ufology and the paranormal, the further understanding of which is believed to lead the individual to a higher sense of Self Awareness and Universal Consciousness. The Center continues to be supported by private contributions from its founder and membership.

The United States UFO Information and Research Center is part of "The Alternate Realities Center", which is an organization designed conceived to encompass all areas of paranormal investigation. Research projects encompassed by "The ARC" not only include the study of both the nature and the affect of the UFO phenomenon, but paranormal mysteries such as Bigfoot otherwise known as Sasquatch, Yeti, and Yowie, Earth Change Phenomena and their supposed prediction, Ghosts, Hauntings, and Angelic Visitation, as well as spiritual advancement and evolution of the Human Spirit and Consciousness. The latter may include the assistance with the development of inate mental and spiritual abilities human beings are believed to possess.

The Alternate Realities Center, as well as the United States UFO Information and Research Center are represented by field investigators near and abroad and actively investigate a wide range of phenomena. In the investigation of the controversial subject of UFOs, otherwise known as Unidentified Flying Objects, we have recently adopted the acronyms OWV - Off World Vehicles, and OWC - Off World Craft to differentiate between what is thought to be true "extraterrestrial" flying objects and what are actually covert, black-ops aircraft being tested and flown in our skies overhead. The center also incorporates in its research the study of Alien Abduction and Contact with Extra and "Ultra" terrestrial beings, also referred to as "UFOnauts".

The Center does not have any bias for or against the notion that contact with a nonhuman intelligence may be under way. Its bias is toward objectivity and its goal is to accurately record and report information in an attempt to answer all questions regarding these enigma.

However, a powerful prejudice has evolved within the culture of science against any research into this area at all. Without clear direction and a credible source of funding, genuine scientific progress will be impossible. The Research Center intends to work against this prejudice by educating scientists in the fact that there is a serious problem to be solved, there are interesting and useful discoveries to be made, and an obligation to replace public confusion with objective knowledge.

The United States UFO Information and Research Center is member supported with membership world wide in eighteen different countries. The Center sponsors many smaller groups that network together to keep the Research Center supplied with a steady flow of information. The largest of these was once called the Southern Appalachia UFO Network, or SAUN. This group consisted of hundreds of local individuals from all over the Southeastern United States.

Presently, local area meetings are held at various locations and venues across the Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia mountain regions. These folks engage in a variety of organizational activities. The USUFOIRC currently acts as a sponsor for many smaller groups who, while networking together with us to provide a constant flow of information, have begun their own endeavors to unravel the mysterious happenings in the communities where they live. The 'herald' of the United States UFO Information and Research Center was adopted when the Center was founded... "The First Network For The 21st Century... People Helping People To Find The Truth!" Only recently has this resounding statement been further defined to include a clearer representation of The Alternate Realities Center as well as the United States UFO Information and Research Center's purpose and goals. These were founded with the same hope and determination of our country's forefathers. They knew it was essential to create a place where the freedom to pursue the Truth, whatever we conceive it to be, could be the guiding influence of both its government and its people.

Our Mission Statement

The mission of the United States UFO Information and Research Center is to systematically collect and analyze data on UFO and Paranormal Phenomena with the ultimate goal being the attainment of a stronger identity of who and what humanity is and represents that we might chance to understand our purpose and place in the cosmic community of sentient beings living in this Universe and other Dimensions and/or planes of existence and our efforts shall be concentrated on furthering the conscious awareness of mankind to the realization that we are not alone in an attempt to define the origins and nature of UFO and Paranormal phenomena worldwide."

Our Goals and Objectives

The USUFOIRC believes a brighter future entails a deeper understanding of the UFO enigma and related paranormal phenomena. In fact, I believe that the underlying truths behind the veil in which these mysteries lie shrouded in obscurity, hold profound meaning and resounding ramifications for the future of mankind and our planet.

Visitors to our website can now have their sightings and encounters with UFOs and paranormal phenomena documented securely and conveniently online using The ARC and US UFO Center "Extraordinary Experience Case Submission and Documentation Form". This form is used to collect data from both members and visitors to our website. Data collected is stored for future reference and investigations and is used by our field investigators, the media, Associate Members, and the general public. We hope our database contributes to your search for the knowledge and truth that we are not alone!

The official publication of the United States UFO Information and Research Center is a quarterly periodical which was entitled "The American UFO Journal", but as of October 2002 became "The Alternate Realities Chronicles". This publication is the official newsletter of The Alternate Realities Center as well as the United States UFO Information and Research Center. It contains up to the minute UFO and Paranormal Reports submitted to us online with Extraordinary Experiences Case Form mentioned previously.

The US UFO Center, as well as The ARC, adhere to a strict policy of information dissemination and we offer our Members the greatest possible access to all information with which we are entrusted. Past Issues of the center's official publications are now available to members and the general public online. These pages document the first hand sighting and experiencer reports received by the Center from February 1994 to February 1997. When reading the Journal you will also find an evolutionary tribute to the history of our organization.
